hotjili Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the hotjili platform — whether through a web browser, the mobile site, or any downloaded application — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and hotjili. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform or create an account.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the hotjili platform, including registered members, visitors browsing without an account, and anyone who engages with any feature, game, or service offered on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
The hotjili platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By registering an account, you confirm that you are 18 years old or above. hotjili reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be immediately suspended and any associated funds handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
In addition to the age requirement, users must:
- Be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to their jurisdiction.
- Not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
- Not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by hotjili or any third-party responsible gaming body.
- Not be acting on behalf of another person or as a nominee for any third party.
hotjili currently operates primarily for players based in the Philippines. It is each user's responsibility to ensure that their participation complies with local laws in their area.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the hotjili platform. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. hotjili reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration or at any later point. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify hotjili immediately through the support channels available in your member account. hotjili will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the member failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their login details.
Members must keep their registered contact details up to date. hotjili may use the email address and contact number on file to communicate important account and payment information.
4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
Members of hotjili agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in an unauthorized manner.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of games or betting outcomes.
- Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions in the platform for financial gain.
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
- Sharing, selling, or transfering your account to any other person.
- Using the platform to harass, defame, or harm other users or staff.
- Circumventing geographic restrictions or using VPN services to access the platform from restricted jurisdictions.
hotjili reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
5. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals
All transactions on the hotjili platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Members are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited originate from sources they are legally entitled to use. hotjili does not accept deposits made on behalf of third parties.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed pending completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. hotjili reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard processing times apply to all accounts, with VIP members receiving prioritized handling as described in the VIP program terms.
hotjili does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times, as these may be affected by payment provider schedules, verification requirements, or technical factors beyond our control. Members are advised to review applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits, which may be updated from time to time and are displayed within the account settings.
Any funds associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these terms may be voided or forfeited at hotjili's sole discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
hotjili provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors at all times. hotjili shall not be liable for any losses — including but not limited to loss of funds, lost profits, or data — arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Participation in any game or betting activity on the hotjili platform carries inherent financial risk. hotjili does not guarantee any outcome and is not responsible for individual betting or gaming decisions made by members. Members acknowledge that they may lose funds wagered and accept this risk voluntarily.
All content on the hotjili platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, game interfaces, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of hotjili or its licensed content providers. Members are not permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written authorization from hotjili.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
hotjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving violation of these terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity over an extended period. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the member, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the member after applicable deductions.
Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the hotjili support team through the member account portal. Closure requests will be processed subject to completion of any pending transactions and verification requirements.
hotjili may include links or references to third-party services within the platform. These are provided for informational purposes only, and hotjili does not endorse or accept responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party site or service.
hotjili reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes, and continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant Philippine courts.
